Who's afraid of the big black bat?
I've been going through some paper. Well, no, a lot of paper. I found a load of riddles I wrote back in 2005
One of them goes:
Dormant giant standing tall
When he wakes you'll hear his call
Before long he'll start to spew
His burning hot insides on you
That one was easy. I have like 3 pages of them. Here are some somewhat better ones
I have a mouth but nothing more
A rock hard tongue rests in my jaw
I'm hung from head, and start to sing
I'm heard by all and everything
A sightless creature I live in the black
People fear me cos they think I'll attack
But fear not my friend for we don't really bite
Now please be a dear and turn off the light
In August Houses Manor Halls
Fifty portratis stand proud and tall
Though royalty is what we be
We are not ashamed to play with thee
Me and thirty of my kind
Will help to break and smash and grind
We stand out bright, we shine out white
We stalgmite and we stalactite
and lastly
I'm unknown to you, you've to understand me
Before you can guess what I happen to be
You know what I am but your mind is doubt
So think one last time and figure me out
Strangely fitting, I did a picture of the Riddler yesterday. Here it is.
